Unfortunately, due to the national COVID-19 virus, the Clark County Building and Fire Prevention Department LOBBY will be closed to the public as of March 18, 2020, until further notice. Staff will actively process plans and permits via online. Currently Inspections can still be scheduled. All projects must be submitted online using the Citizen Access Portal. You must have an active account and that account must be properly linked to the record in order to see detailed information or pay for assessed fees.

For Building Permit Paper Plans for Permits and Revisions that were submitted and are currently in a “Ready to Issue” status, customers may request access to pay online and receive permit online using the Citizen Access Portal by emailing eplanissuance@clarkcountynv.gov. Once we receive your email, you will be contacted by our issuance staff with next steps and any additional actions required. When payment is made, an email will be sent to the applicant with the permit attached. Plans will be scanned in our office and available for download using Citizen Access. Job cards may be printed from your home office using the Job Cards Customer Report feature on our home page.

This does not apply to Fire Prevention permits, Corrections, Renewals, Changes of Contractor, etc. We are actively working on solutions to those processes and will post instructions here as they become available.

For technical assistance, please email techsystemssupport@clarkcountynv.gov.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, and will keep updating our customers as changes occur. Please stay safe.
