For those members covered by our Association Health Plan, PROMINENCE HEALTH PLAN announced that any cost for a health provider visit and testing related to the COVID-19 is fully covered. No out-of-pocket costs will be required from any urgent care center, emergency department or health care specialist. Call 1-800-863-7515 for additional information regarding health coverage if an employer reduces a covered employee’s hours, temporarily suspends hours or is terminated as a result of COVID-19 mandates.
