Treasurer Duane Dougherty – Heritage Bank – VP, Branch Manager – Carson City
Duane has more than 30 years’ experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, he held various bank management positions. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Duane’s extended professional development included attending UNR, the American Institute of Banking, and Napa Leadership Foundation. Duane is very involved in the community, and has held the position of National President, Active 20-30 U.S. and Canada Service Clubs. He is also a recipient of the Congressional Leadership Award.
