Nevada Division of Environmental Protection NDEP is “open for business”, it’s just the doors that are locked to the public. We have moved the majority of our staff to telework, but our team of engineers, scientists, and administrative staff are all still serving Nevadans. It’s good to know your industry is still moving Nevada forward as well, and we are still accepting engineering plans. Staff will meet folks at the door to receive them. We may experience some hiccups as staff get used to working from home, but we’ll do our best.
