As we’ve talked for months now, the number one issue facing our industry is a lack of available workforce. We will keep beating that drum and continue to work with partner agencies and entities to develop meaningful solutions. As you can see from the chart above, with all of the talk about job sector growth in manufacturing and healthcare, construction (and it’s associated sectors) continue to provide the largest job growth in the state; and will soon become the biggest issue in the state.
