Following the passage of SB 82, the Labor Commissioner is holding a virtual meet and greet which will include a presentation on the legislation and a chance to act questions about its impacts.

Refresher on SB 82: This legislation makes significant changes to the apprenticeship utilization act including the regulation and requirements regarding the use of apprentices on public works projects in Nevada. SB 82 Changes the required number of hours an apprentice must work and the reporting requirements that fall on the contractor.
