Advocacy
From the halls of the Nevada Legislature to county commissions and regulatory bodies, we work with elected officials at all levels of government to help shape and pass policy that will benefit our industry.
Workforce Development
The biggest threat to our industry is a lack of skilled workers. By forming partnerships and working together to empower community leaders, educators, parents and youth about the opportunities that exist in our industry, we are developing our future workforce for success.

We have developed the most successful self insured workers’ compensation program for the building industry.
Group Health Plan
In partnership with Prominence Health Plan, Nevada Builders Alliance became the first trade association in the state to offer a health plan specifically for our members. With high levels of coverage and substantial saving in comparison to other health plans, we ensure our members have the care they deserve.

Working with Transamerica, we offer members and their employees a retirement plan in line with Nevada’s upcoming mandates, ensuring our members have the best options available while being compliant with state law.
