I cannot express how grateful I am for the opportunity to be the new Chief Executive Officer for the Nevada Builders Alliance. This opportunity has allowed me to return to Nevada and truly immerse myself in an organization that I love and have had the privilege to serve and work with for many years. As always, we are focused on moving the industry forward and being a voice for all our members throughout the state. This year, we’re going back to our roots and focusing on what we do best. 2024 will be a year for advocacy, workforce development and membership growth. We are committed to serving as a voice for our members at all levels of state and local government, throughout various boards and commissions and in different professional organizations. Our priority is to ensure that the concerns of our members are heard and acted on and we will continue to be a diligent supporter of the organization. We’re also going to renew our focus on workforce development, strengthening our relationships with training and mentorship programs and honing our efforts to move people towards careers in construction. In working with our education partners at all levels as well as our members, we look forward to supporting workforce development for 2024 in a meaningful and impactful way. Finally, we want to show our continued appreciation for our members by bringing an exciting list of events and networking opportunities to the table in 2024. Our goal is to host events that help bring our members together to network and learn from each other while attending a fun event. Furthermore, we’re going to expand our membership throughout the state and are launching several new member incentive programs. We’d like to thank each member for supporting us as we continue our mission of building a better Nevada. We wouldn’t be where we are today without your dedication to the industry and each other.
