Your NBA Women’s Council would like your help to do some good in Northern Nevada. As always, our goal is to continue to raise scholarship funds for those entering the construction fields, and to give back to our community. Our request concerns the latter.
Between now and Saturday, May 13th, 2017 we will be collecting donations of excess building materials to donate to Truckee Meadows Habitat for Humanity, and building supplies in any amount are appreciated. Many may be utilized in Habitat’s resale store, currently their largest source of funding. Understandably, Habitat is unable to collect all items, so please note the comprehensive listed.
Please contact your NBA Women’s Council representatives (listed below) to schedule pickups, and we will do our best to accommodate your busy schedules, including weekends if necessary. Your donations are tax-deductible, and forms will be provided.
