Two proposed bills, Senate Bill 450 and Assembly Bill 462, would reverse much of the Homeowners Protection Act of the 2015 legislative session, which would dismantle those critical reforms to the construction defect litigation process.
We need you to send the message to lawmakers that our industry wants to preserve the right to repair homes prior to litigation and protect the industry and homeowners from frivolous lawsuits by taking action today.
