John Cassinelli is President of Cassinelli Landscaping & Construction, a Landscape & General Engineering Contractor formed in Carson City in 1976. John has over 30 years experience in the Landscape Industry, starting out as a laborer in the maintenance division of the family business in 1984, and worked up to a foreman position. He obtained his State Contractor’s License in 1993, and eventually took over the company in 1995. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Manager (CLP) through PLANET, an IT Certified Irrigation Auditor, an AWWA Certified Backflow Assembly Tester, an ICPI Certified Paver Installer, and a Nevada State Contractor.
Cassinelli has completed many notable project throughout Northern Nevada, and employs a seasonal staff of 10-30.
Specialties include complete landscape installs, hardscape pavers and walls, concrete, and irrigation.
Cassinelli has been on the Board of Directors of Nevada Builders Alliance since 1999, and served as President of Nevada Builders Alliance in 2003. He was selected as the Builder of the Year in 2013.
