Rob McQueary – ARMAC Construction- Robert McQueary owner of ARMAC Construction, LLC; has 25 years’ experience in excavating, paving & utilities. Starting out as a laborer, then becoming a heavy equipment operator he worked his way into a jobsite foreman position; later to become a superintendent in charge of 75+ employees and multiple projects. After becoming a superintendent he then advanced into an estimating/project management position. From there he shared in the day to day duties of running a successful excavating/paving/underground company overseeing 100 employees and $15,000,000 to $20,000,000 in construction projects.
